The 3rd International Young Researchers Conference: Ideas, Research, Training (IRT 2026) is an international scientific conference dedicated to young researchers, PhD candidates, and students representing engineering, technology, and management sciences.
The conference will be held on 9–11 June 2026 at Bialystok University of Technology, Poland.
IRT 2026 aims to create an international platform for presenting research results, exchanging scientific ideas, and building interdisciplinary and international cooperation among young scientists. The conference promotes innovation, research excellence, and professional development of early-career researchers.
Participants will have the opportunity to present their work in oral and poster sessions and take part in professional development workshop led by experienced researcher.
