The printed file will contain all the above annexes, as well as the following documents: 

• copies of the birth certificate, marriage certificate (if necessary), high school diploma, bachelor degree and transcript of records, master degree and transcript of records 
• PhD summary in Romanian and English languages (it will include the thesis content and the keywords) 
• List of published articles (signed by the PhD student)
• PhD student's CV
• The coordinator's report on the PhD thesis 

The printed file will be submitted along with an electronic file, on a CD. It will contain the following documents, scanned in PDF:

• ID card / Passport
• scanned copy of the birth certificate
• scanned copy of the marriage certificate (if necessary)
• PhD student's CV
• List of published articles (signed by the PhD student)
• The published articles - scanned copies after each article, including the cover and the content of the publication and the article in extenso
• PhD summary in Romanian and in English
• CV's of the PhD coordinator and the members of the defense committee
